Teak Wood

Teak Wood is a popular solid wood substance because it is more durable than other hardwoods. When looking for furniture that is as true to nature as possible, wood will always be the material of choice. In mixed hardwood forests, teak is a tropical hardwood deciduous. Large papery leaves with hairy undersides cover the petite of teak tree, fragrant white blooms. The hue of our wood is a pale yellowish-orange. As time passes, it becomes more dingy. There are instances when it has black splotches. Wood that has just been chopped has an earthy, leathery aroma about it.
